Born in Brooklyn, NY in November 1972. Joined the Marine Corps on my 17th birthday, attending boot camp in Parris Island, SC. After Marine Combat Training Battalion and attending school at Marine Corps Logistics Base in Barstow, CA, I was ordered to join the 26th MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit) as part of the 6th Fleet in the Mediterranean. In early 1991 our unit was called to support the First Gulf War and we took part in Operation Desert Storm and Provide Comfort.

Following the Marine Corps, graduated from New York University Stern School of Business and entered the private sector in the financial services industry.

After the Marine Corps, I worked for IBM for 30 years as a System Engineer. I joined the Gooney Bird Detachment in 2004. I served as Sr Vice, Commandant and JA. I have been District Vice for the last 4 years. I am also a member of the Military order of Devil Dogs where I served as Pound Dog Robber and Pack Dog Robber since 2006. I am also a member of VFW, American Legion, Vietnam Veterans, JWV, and served as a volunteer on the USS Intrepid.
